mushroom and cauliflower side dish. easy preparation.
preheat oven to 450
cook frozen cauliflower
melt 4 tbsp. butter in small skillet at medium heat
add mushrooms and cook gently for 3 minutes
roughly chop cauliflower and transfer to shallow, ovenproof dish
spoon mushrooms on top of cauliflower
season with salt and pepper
combine bread crumbs, parmesan, herbs in small bowl
sprinkle over vegetable
dice 2 tablespoons butter & dot over top
bake for 15 minutes
