Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook, water, rice and salt about 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
In a small skillet,, cook mushrooms, onions and butter until onion is tender.
Beat eggs and cream cheese together until smooth.
Stir in parsley, remaining salt, the rice and vegetables.
Pour into a 10x6x2 baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees (about 40 minutes) or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
