My grandmom used to make the best fish curry ever.its very yummy and it's very easy to cook.
Step 1: clean fish and cut them in medium size pieces.keep aside.
Step 2 : grind onions, roasted cumin, roasted fenugreek seeds and garlic.
Step 3: grind half the tomatoes and the other half cut them in large chunks.
Step 4: in a pot add the onion paste, tomatoes and all the other ingredients except the fish.and give a stir.
Step 5: keep the pot in medium flame and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 6: than add the fish and cook until the fish's cooked.
Serve with rice or indian bread.
*when u add all the ingredients taste it,the sauce should b too sour be coz when u add fish, the fish soaks all the sourness.
*u will know the gravy is cooked when the oil separates from the gravy.
