Warm, delicious Mac & chees just like mom used to make.
While your macaroni is cooking cube your cheddar cheese. In a blender add milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Slowly add the flour and cubes of cheese until mixture is blended. Spray or grease a baking pan and place cooked macaroni in pan. Pour most of the cheese mixture over macaroni and stir to coat. Pour remainder over top and spread evenly. Top with bread crumbs and bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot or at room temp.
You can add bacon or ham if you like. Serve with a side of tomato soup or stewed tomatoes.
