Crushed pineapple and juice, then add 1/4 cup of sugar. Boil for 5 minutes and add 2 boxes of Lime jello. Stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water. Let partially set. Add 1 cup chopped celery, walnuts or pecans, cream cheese and whipping cream. Fold into rest of Jello. Put in 9x13 inch pan.
