Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl combine the sugar, warm water and yeast. Rest for 10 min.
2. In a bowl add flour, yeast mixture, yogurt, salt and oil. Knead the dought until is smooth and shinny (10 min).
3. Cover the dought with a cloth for 1 hour until double size.
4. Divide the dought in 8 pieces, roll them in circles using a rolling spin.
5. Heat up a skillet with little oil. Place the dough in it until bubbles appear, flip it and cook the other side.
6. Brush the naan with melted butter and serve warm.
