Asian pork dumplings without the wrapper. Delicious wrapped in lettuce or dipped in the spicy sauce (recipe included).
Combine pork through sesame oil in a large bowl and mix with hands. Form small meatballs or 1" log-shaped rolls. Spray Pam in heated skillet and pan fry until cooked through, a couple of minutes on each side.
Combine sauce ingredients.
May be eaten naked, and are also delicious wrapped in lettuce.
