Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Bake in a 9 x 9 baking dish or round casserole, lightly greased, 350* for about 40 min. (I start watching at about 30 min. because I like mine more creamy and less like cornbread. I take it out when the edges are slightly brown and the middle still has a very slight wiggle. If you want to cut perfect squares, bake it a little longer. Baking time will depend on the dish or casserole you choose and how deep the batter is. A smaller dish with deep batter stays very creamy in the middle. You can double the recipe for a 9 x 13" pan.)
