Loaf style dressing perfect for the holidays
Crumble biscuits and cornbread in a large bowl (need approximately 6 cups for a 9X13 pan). Add in the stuffing mix and mix all breads together. Add poultry seasoning and sage to taste liking (more can be added after the broth is added)
Saute the celery and the onion in butter then add to bread mixture (if using dried seasoning just add them to the bread mixture. Warm the chicken broth a little then add just enough to thoroughly moisten the bread crumbs. Coat a 9 x 13 pan with butter then add stuffing mixture. Bake at 375 for about 30 mins adding more chicken broth if stuffing starts to look to dry.
Too much broth will make it too mushy too little will make it too dry so monitoring is very important.
