Suggest a better descriptionTake half the pesto from the jar and completely cover the salmon fillets
Add the olive oil to the remaining pesto in the jar and mix.
Cook the salmon fillets in a 180c oven for 15-20 minutes (ovens differ so oven times will vary)
While the salmon is cooking, fry the diced red pepper in a little olive oil for 5 mins.
To serve, place a handful of tagliatelle (see recipe) just off centre on the plate.
Place the salmon fillet resting off the tagliatelle.
Drizzle a little pesto from the jar around the plate
Sprinkle over some of the red pepper for colour and garnish.
