These are a family favorite.
1. Bring sugar, butter, milk and cocoa to a boil and cook 1 minutes.
2. Add vanilla, oats, chocolate chips and stir until combined.
3. Drop onto wax paper and let cool.
4. Remove from wax paper and enjoy!
