Preheat oven to 350. In 3 qt saucepan, brown meat over med high heat; drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer 10 min. Meanwhile combine ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13X9 baking dish. Arrange 3 pieces uncooked lasagna, cover with 1 cup sauce. Spread half of cheese filling over sauce, then add layer of noodles. Next 1 cup of sauce, then remainder of cheese mixture, layer of noodles, then remaining sauce. Spread remaining half of mozzarella of top. Cover with foil and bake 45 min. Remove foil and bake another 10 min or so until bubbly. Remove from oven and let it stand another 10 min before serving.
Sausage works well in place of beef. Ground turkey or chicken is fair, lacks a little flavor but is a healthy alternative.
