Suggest a better description01. Rinse the black beans, then lay flat on a towel to dry while prepping other ingredients. (For a quicker dry time, use paper towels and gently squeeze the beans.) Should be 80% drier.
02. Grate and dry the carrot. Dry them with paper towel. Should be dry to the touch.
03. Add the beans to a large bowl (reserving 1/4 cup). Mash them. Should be crumbly/pasty.
04. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, including reserved beans. Mix all of them together. Finish mixing with hands to combine everything. Adjust seasonings if needed.
05. Divide bean mix into 8 even balls. Flatten each one using your hands. Form into patties.
06. Cook at 370 for 10 minutes on each side in air fryer.
Dry the beans and carrots!!!! Can be frozen.
