Suggest a better descriptionMash the bananas and sugar together. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the banana mixture, the optional raisins, and vanilla, stirring until thoroughly blended. Pour into non-stick loaf pan and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour.
