This noodle dish uses spaghetti, but has asian flavors in the sauce.
Cook spaghetti noodles in salted water. When al dente, remove from water and toss with sesame oil.
In a small bowl, or measuring cup mix together Oyster sauce, mirin, soy sauce, pepper and cornstarch. Set aside.
Meanwhile in a hot wok, toast sesame seeds and set aside.
add 1 T of peanut oil to wok and saute onions, mushrooms and brocolini 2-3 minutes.
Add steak and garlic, cook stirring continuously until steak is no longer pink on the outside, 2-3 minutes more. Add the sauce and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until thick.
Add the noodles and toss to coat, add sesame seeds and toss.
Serve
