Precook the nopales for 10 min or until they become pale green.
Immediately after taking them off the stove rinse them with cold water (the sudden change in temperature will cut the slimy)
Sauté the onions and the pepper in a deep pan.
Add the nopales and the cilantro to the pan.
Condiment with salt and the 1/4 teaspoon of powder chicken broth.
Cook for other 15 minutes.
