Suggest a better descriptionMix the flour, sugar, and milk together into a thin batter (the thinner the batter, the easier it is to cook). Beat eggs together and add to batter. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Pour thin layer (apprx. 1/4 cup) onto a very hot, lightly buttered skillet. Once edges are browned, turn over. The secret is to pour a very thin layer onto the pan. Make sure that you re-butter the skillet every 1 to 2 pancakes. Top with lemon juice and powdered sugar or your choice of toppings (The kiddos LOVE it with PB&J.)
