1. Preheat oven to 170 C and line brownie tray
2. Cheese Cake mixture. In large bowl whip together cream cheese, egg yolks and (1/3 C) caster sugar until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.
3.Brownie batter: In a different bowl, melt chocolate and butter over a water bath. Stir in sugars. Sift in flour, gently combine and leave to cool.
4. Add eggs, mix gently and pour batter into tray
5. Dollop cheesecake mix into the brownie batter and swirl.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. It will still wobble, but will firm up when cooled.
