Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar and corn syrup. Remove from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, peanuts and Rice Krispies. Pour this mixture into a greased 9?13-inch pan. Spread evenly. In a small saucepan on the stove, or in a glass dish in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and mix well. Spread this mixture over the top of the mixture in the pan. Let cool.
