Healthy cake with tons of protein
Separate egg whites from yolks
Beat up egg whites to stiff peaks
Mix in the big bowl all ingredients for dough and mix until all ingredients are wet
Gently Incorporate egg whites into the dough
Bake on both sides on stove top until each side becomes golden brown flipping after 15 mins on first side
When ready cut horizontally thru cake and leave it for cooling
While baking make healthy cream to fill up cake: mix together skyr, honey and peanut butter powder
Assemble cake and don't forget to decorate with banana slices or berries. Best consumed chilled
Make sure dough is puffy, so cake will not be brutal. Beat egg white and incorporate them gently into wet dough
