Suggest a better descriptionProof the yeast with the honey and lukewarm milk. Mix flour, oats and salt together in a separate bowl. add 1/2 mix to the yeast and mix with an electric mixer to add air to the sponge. Gently spoon the rest of the dry flour mix on top of the sponge, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Mix all the flour together and let rest foe 5 minutes. Knead dough and then cover and let rise for another 1- 1/2 hours until doubled. Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Divide dough in half and shape into 2 prepared bread tins. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool before removing.
