Suggest a better descriptionStir oatmeal and milk. Set aside for 30 minutes (I don't wait 30 min.)
Stir flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Stir oil, sugar, egg into oatmeal mixture. Blend well with a fork. Stir into flour mixture until well blended. Pour into muffin or cupcake pan (fill about half way). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12.
