Awesome sweet delight, combining a few favorites into a chewy sweet-tooth pleaser! Sweet, salty, and choco-terrific!
Cream butter and brown sugar, preferably in blender. Add 2 cups oats and corn syrup, blend thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, blend/stir to uniform texture. Press mixture into 13" X 9" greased or sprayed pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Check at 10 minutes for done-ness. Edges should be lightly browned.
Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, or until smooth. Do not overheat/burn mixture. Pour over baked oat mixture. Chill to room temperature, or wait if you can! I'll bet you can't!
