Suggest a better descriptionMelt Butter in skillet over low heat.
Add onion and celery until tender--slowly
Put bread cubes in a large bowl or bottom of roaster pan.
Add all dry spices to the bowl/pan.
Mix lightly
Just before adding celery mix, drizzle egg over dry bread mixture, then toss all until well mixed.
Add to your turkey for best results or put in tin foil in the oven with your turkey, but don't cook as long if you do this.
