Easy to make, one pan and super cheesy weeknight pasta dinner.
Preheat oven to 400* F. Heat olive oil in an oven safe pan, over medium heat. Add in sausage and onions, cook for 5 minutes. Then add in garlic, green onion whites and all seasonings and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Next stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, milk and pasta, then bring the mixture to a boil. Lower heat and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Next stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese and stir until well melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Then top with panko and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Top with scallion greens before serving.
