Suggest a better description1. Add chicken to a hot pan to brown each side – about 3 mins each side and remove chicken from pan
2. Add rice and liquid to pan – Double liquid to rice ratio – Liquid is half water, half stock – and bring to boil
3. Once the rice begins to boil, add diced tomato, tomato paste, and cilantro to the pan and stir.
4. Add the chicken to the centre of the pan and top with lemon juice and seasoning
5. Cook on low for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked
