As far as I know, the KNORR packet is only available in Europe.
MISE EN PLACE: Preheat oven (bottom element) to 200°C (400°F); Wedge onions; Mince garlic; Slice carrots
1) Saute vegetables in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
2) Place vegetables and chicken in a greased baking dish.
3) Mix KNORR Basis packet with water, heavy cream, and white wine. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake (2nd from bottom) 30-40 minutes.
4) Rinse rice until water runs clear. In a small saucepan, bring rice in water to a boil over high heat. Stir once, reduce heat to low, and cover (make sure no steam can escape). Cook 10 minutes. Turn off heat and rest 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
5) Garnish with sage.
