Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl beat eggs with cream and generously season with salt and pepper. In a medium sautJ pan heat oil and cook onion and leeks until tender. Cool slightly and add to egg mixture along with ham, cheese, parsley and thyme. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes or until just set.
