Shape wonton wrapers into mini muffin cups and bake 5-7 mins until medium brown
Dice onions and saute 5 mins
Add pork and pepper
Bake until brown for 5-8 mins
While they are baking thinly slice cabbage into shreds
Add cabbage, soy sauce, and stock to taste in a pan.
Bring to a boil in then cover and reduce to simmer, simmer until cabbage is desired tenderness.
Add cabbage to pre cooked cups and serve the sauce over rice
