Suggest a better descriptionCombine everything except orange zest, corn starch, and water in a pot. Heat on medium until sugar dissolves and mixture turns a caramel-like color. Make a slurry by mixing corn starch and water and constantly stir pot as you pour it into the sauce. Make sure sauce thickens, then immediately remove from heat. Add orange zest in at the end. Serve over cooked chicken and rice.
