Ice cream Desert similar to a shake using orange sherbet, vanilla ice cream and soda water. Tastes just like an Orange Cream Bar!
Add Ice cream and Sherbet into a blender in equal proportions.
Add soda water until liquid level is at or near level of ice cream/sherbert.
Blend on Medium for approx. 30-90 secs.
Check and continue blending as needed.
Liquid should be fairly thick (but thinner than a milkshake); if the contents of the blender are to thin or to thick add more ice cream and sherbet or soda water respectfully and blend some more.
Pour into glasses and put a small scoop of Vanilla or Sherbet (or both) on top and ENJOY!
