Remove the meat from the marinade and place the marinade in a medium non-corrosive saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper, to taste and grill the steak, 3-4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, basting every few minutes with the marinade. 5. Remove from the heat, let sit for 5 minutes, slice thinly against the grain. Top with the relish. How to Prepare the Relish: 1. Whisk together the lime juice, oil, and zest in a medium bowl until combined. 2. Add the green onions and oranges, toss with the mixture, and let sit at room temperature at least 1 hour before serving.
