Great Christmas Cookie
Crush the Oreos. Best to use a food processor or blender.
Combine the Oreos and Cream Cheese until well blended.
Shape into small balls and refrigerate at least one hour.
Melt the chocoates in the microwave, using microwave safe bowls. Start with one minute and stir. Then stir after every 15 seconds until the chocolate is melted.
Dip the balls into the chocolate and then place on waxed paper.
When dry, you can drizzle with chocolate of the opposite color. You can also add sprinkles if you would like.
