Super quick and always a delicious treat for any occasion!
Place 1/2 of the package (approx 18) of the double stuf oreos into a gallon storage bag and crush into small pieces (or use the pulse option on a food processor).
In large bowl, combine instant pudding mix and ice cold milk until thick (do not use requested milk amount on package) using a whisk or hand-held mixer.
Using a spatula, fold in the entire tub of thawed and chilled cool whip until well mixed.
Using a spatula, fold in 3/4 of the bag of crushed oreos until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight until ready to serve (minimum of 2 hours).
For easy presentation, sprinkle remaining crushed oreos on top and serve.
For nice presentation, line remaining oreos standing upright inside of a glass trifle bowl or tall glass dessert bowl prior adding oreo salad inside; sprinkle remaining crushed oreos on top and serve.
