Want to make friends at work, impress a date, or indulge in front of your favourite film on a stack of the truffles famously described as 'an orgasm covered in chocolate'? You need this recipe!
1. Blend the Oreo Cookies into a powder.
2. Mix in the philadelphia cheese until there are no white bits left.
3. Roll the mixture by hand into balls, and place on non-stick baking paper. Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
4. Heat the milk chocolate until melted. Coat your truffles. Refrigerate again until the chocolate is solid.
5. Heat the white chocolate until melted. Dip your truffles so they are half-covered. Refrigerate again until the chocolate is solid.
6. Serve to delighted friends. Hide away a stash for yourself.
For an extra bit of pzazz you can of course decorate your finished truffles with dark chocolate sauce for the complete sticky fun of it all!
