Peppers, onions and bratwursts tossed in spices and roasted in the oven for a quick and easy meal.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a sheet pan with nonstick foil.
Mix all spices together.
Place vegetables in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle spices over vegetables and toss to evenly distribute.
Space brats evenly on the sheet pan and spread vegetables in an even layer around them.
Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until brats reach an internal temp of 165 degrees F.
