oven roasted cauliflower
- preheat oven to 375
- chop cauliflower into small bite size pieces
- whisk eggs and olive oil together and pour mixture over cauliflower and stir well.
- in seperate bow., combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- roll cauliflower pieces in dry mixture and put on baking sheet
- bake for 35 minutes
