Suggest a better descriptionBoil oxtail for 30 minutes. Throw in garlic, onion and bay leaf. In another pan saute garlic in 2 tablespoon olive oil. Pour the mixture into the oxtail pan, add peanut butter, rice and atchuete. Reduce the fire and simmer until cooked.
Boil all vegetables and serve separately with baggoong and green mango.
