Heat pan in paellera, adjust to low fire and pour olive oil.
Fry squid, when golden brown on the edges, push it to one corner of the paellera.
Saute garlic till golden brown. Add onions, when soft, pour saffron.
Add chorizo, then pour tomato sauce and mix squid with everything.
Pour the clam broth and ad a dash of black pepper.
Add japanese and mix gradually. When it boils, bring down the flame.
Add baguio beans and fish. Cover with aluminum foil for 3 minutes.
Add shrimp, crabs, clams and red pepper and cover until shrimp and crabs are cooked.
Give it another 15 minutes then turn off the flame.
