This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and flavour, but without the added sugar. It contains protein and probiotics. Great Paleo snack!
Source: Triple Berry Smoothie (modified)
Add the fresh berries to the blender with the sweetener, vanilla, and yogurt to get it going then add the frozen berries and ice. Blend well and add sweetener to taste.
Note: Honey will create a blood sugar spike but does not feed candida. Stevia/ erythritol will not spike blood sugar or feed candida, but it has a slightly green flavour some people don't like, as it's made from a crushed herb. Some Paleo peeps won't touch sweeteners. Do what suits you. There is no one size Paleo.
