1. Pelar y cortar la parte inferior de cada aguacate (palta). Rociar el interior con jugo de limón.
2. Preparar el relleno mezclando el pollo previamente cocido en agua (y luego picado) con la mayonesa y la mostaza. Utilizar la cantidad de mayonesa justa para ligar el pollo.
3. Rellenar las mitades de aguacate.
4. Picar la lechuga en tiras finas, aliñarlas a gusto y disponer sobre el plato a servir.
5. Colocar las mitades de aguacates rellenos sobre la cama de lechugas. Servir.
