The 2nd juice in a daily cleanse. Delicious and refreshing!
WASH!! WASH!! WASH!! Wash your produce well, and also wash your hands!
Remove the skin from the pineapple and quickly rinse off any crumbs. The apples and mint can be used whole.
**If you want to use the apple pulp for other recipes, remove the seeds from the apple before juicing.
Juice each item separately and keep it's juice separate. You'll be measuring out the liquids to achieve the desired ratio.
Once each item has been juiced, measure out 10-11 ounces of pineapple juice, and 5-6 ounces of apple juice.
Spoon in 1/2 teaspoon of mint juice.
Close the bottle and shake to combine.
Can store in the refrigerator up to three days.
