Suggest a better descriptionPrepare the Tilapia by rubbing in minced garlic, grated ginger, Tarragon and sea salt. Treat both sides. Lightly sprinkle the tarragon as in the picture.
Add Mongolian Fire Oil, Olive Oil and Marsala wine into medium sized skillet. Heat on medium low. As the oil heats, whisk to blend.
Drop the fish into the pan, gripping the top and laying down away from you slowly to avoid spatter and burns. Cook until the fish turns white and flakey 3/4 of the way through and then carefully flip cooking an additional 7 to 10 minutes.
Serve with sesame seared Asparagus or green beans and a garlic cream style pasta.
