smash and mince the garlic
- add chives, onion, garlic and ground pork into a bowl with soy sauce and mirin
- mix thoroughly
- mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and chilli flakes together for the sauce
- add vegetable oil to pan and pan fry mandu on medium heat for 2 min
- add 1/4 cup of water to the pan
- place lid cover over pan and let mandu steam and cook through for 5-6 min
- drizzle sesame oil over the mandu
- cover lid again and let mandu crisp up for 2 min
