Suggest a better descriptionThaw and debone if not already done. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat with 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Also preheat oven to 450.
Cut the fillets in half.
Mix the onion powder, garlic powder and the lemon pepper together like a rub.
Sprinkle generously on the fillets rub on both sides.
Place in pan skin side down for 2 min.
Flip and use lime juice over the skin side.
Wait 2 min flip skin side down again and place cast iron skillet in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes .
Serve and enjoy.
