Basic pancake recipe
Mix milk, egg and melted butter. Add dry ingredients and stir with a fork. Cook on non-stick surface on medium heat. Flip pancakes when bubbles appear and remain as small hole in pancake. Add your favorite syrup, powdered sugar, cinnamon or fruit topping.
