Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Turn oven on at 150 degrees to hold finished pancakes.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together in another bowl, then combine wet and dry ingredients.
Pour batter into pan at medium heat, turn when bubbles begin to form on the surface.
Place finished pancakes into oven to keep warm prior to serving.
Serve with maple syrup, whip cream, fresh fruit, etc.
Don't stir the batter too much, it's good if it is a bit lumpy.
