Season both sides of steak with salt & pepper. Heat heavy skillet over moderately high heat. Spray with Pam. Cook steak 3-4 mins per side. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add garlic to skillet and saute 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, salt & pepper, and garlic salt. Saute 5-7 mins. Add tomatoes with juice and red wine. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by 2/3, approx 5-8 mins. Pour juices from steak into sauce and mix.
Cut steak against the grain into slices. Serve steak with sauce on top.
