Samoan coconut rolls
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Prepare rolls according to package...
- Grease baking pan (use 9"x13" for ~20 rolls).
- Place frozen rolls in rows (leave some room between each as they will need to rise till double their size).
- Cover w/ plastic wrap coated w/ cooking spray to keep it from sticking to dough while rising.
- Let rolls rise for 3-5hrs until double in size.
- Carefully remove plastic wrap.
3. In separate bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
4. Pour over rolls.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20mins until golden brown.
