2. Beat flax mix with the milk
3. Dust each scallop lightly with flour (shake off excess), coat with milk mix and dredge in crumbs
4. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until it just begins to shimmer. (about 350 degrees)
5. Add the scallops and cook undisturbed 2-3 minutes unitl golden, then turn and cook an additional 2 min
